Jacob was raised in the small business environment and had instilled in him that customer satisfaction was the most important pillar in a successful business. At 20, he was running 2 stores with 9 employees, while still graduating top of his class in Durham College's Business Program. As a full-time realtor, Jacob has attained Broker designation, which less than 10%of agents have. Jacob has been featured in The Globe & Mail, and is recognized as an expert in the Court of Ontario.
