We saw a total of 874 new listings come to the market in Durham Region this January which was a decrease of 7.1% than the 945 that came to market last year at this time.
We had 609 homes sold in Durham Region this January and that is a decrease of 6.5% from the 651 that were sold at the same time in 2021.

So, what does this all mean for sales prices? The average sale price in Durham Region in January 2022 was $1,175,010. This is an increase of 34.1% from the 2021 average of $876,133!
