We saw a total of 1,044 new listings come to the market in Durham Region this November which was a increase of 0.19% than the 1,042 that came to market last year at this time.
 
 
SALES
We had 1,013 homes sold in Durham Region this November and that is a decrease of 6.89% from the 1,088 that were sold at the same time in 2020.
 
AVERAGE SALES PRICE
So, what does this all mean for sales prices? The average sale price in Durham Region in November 2021 was $988,594. This is an increase of 30.9% from the 2020 average of $762,739!
